[Nfbv-announce] Having recordings of the at-large meeting available on the nfbv website

Jessica, John,
While John's idea of recording the conference call  I think we need approval 
from all participants before recording the call.  This idea of recording and 
posting the call on our website would also allow those who might not be able 
to afford an hour of long distance to listen on the internet.
