[Nfbv-announce] Having recordings of the at-large meeting available on the nfbv website

Hi guys. Just know that the recordings would not be immediately reachable
from the front page of the web site. This is something that might be very
doable. People would, of course have to know that the phone call that they
were participating in was recorded. You would also want to have some basic
policies about discussing personal items. I suspect that you already have
some sort of informal agreements on these sorts of things. I am referring to
discussions of particularly people and their particular problems of a
personal nature.

I'm not a web site designer but I think having a link to the archives makes
more sense with a short description to reflect the depth of the
discussion--NFB training centers, Blind Driver Challenge, etc.
