> On Saturday, April 21, The Tidewater Chapter will hold its first “Dining 2 Donate” fundraising event at the Applebee’s located at 5750 East Virginia Beach Boulevard, Norfolk, VA.  The restaurant is open from 12 Noon to 11 PM on the 21st.  Everyone is invited to come on the 21st, enjoy a meal, dessert, and/or libation, and bring the attached flyer with you when you come.  Just by coming and presenting this flyer to the server when you come on the 21st, the NFB Tidewater Chapter will receive 20% of your entire bill!  What could be easier than that!  The attached file includes two copies of the flyer.  All you need to do is print the flyer, and cut it in half.  Give the other flyer to a friend or family member.  Everyone is encouraged to print as many of the flyers out and give to all of your friends and family.  The more people come and present the flyer, the more money we will raise to support the activities of the Federation!

Please respond either by email or phone at 757-622-2797 and let us know if you are coming so that we can save a place for you at the table.  Keep in mind that you do not have to come at those times, and if you wish to bring a large group with you, the more the merrier.  This Applebee’s is located near the Janaf and Military Circle Shopping Centers in Norfolk.  It is on several bus lines (#15, 20, & 23).  Of course, it is accessible by Handi-ride.  We plan to have future gatherings at other Applebee’s throughout South Hampton Roads in the coming months.
