[NFBV-Announce] Good news about Charlie Brown

> I am pleased to tell you that on Friday, October 9, Charlie Brown left the Winchester skilled nursing facility where he has been recovering and is now home with our equally beloved friend and his wife, Jacki.  We know that recovering takes a long time but it was great hearing Charlie’s comments in the background as Jacki and I were talking about our upcoming NFBV state convention auction.  I’m sure we’ll hear from Charlie periodically virtually as his stamina permits.  Welcome home, Charlie.
