[NFBV-Announce] 2 Quick Calls for Autonomous Vehicles by Tuesday morning

The autonomous vehicle legislation (SB670) is facing an uphill battle and we
need your help. SB670 is the Senate companion bill to HB1125 which was our
top legislative priority for the 2026 Richmond Seminar. 

SB670 has passed the Senate and is being heard in the House tomorrow. We are
asking that you call 2 key Delegates with a call preferably this afternoon.

You will simply be either leaving a voicemail for their legislative aid or
with the administrative assistant at the front desk. Your message should be
as simple as: 

I am a blind person and would like to use autonomous vehicles in my travels.
SB670 would free me from the discrimination I sometimes face when using
transportation network companies like Uber and Lyft. Please pass SB670
tomorrow at the transportation committee hearing and forward it to the Full
House for passage.
