[NFBV-Announce] Announcing the May 2 NFBV Board of Directors meeting

We have secured the details for our May 2, 2026 National Federation of the
Blind of Virginia Board of Directors meeting.

This meeting is open to all. This meeting will include a special membership
program focused on how the Membership Committee and our chapters work in
collaboration.

 

Date/Time:      Saturday, May 2 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Location: 

 

Immanuel Baptist Church

Mizpah  Room

3601 Monument Avenue

Richmond, VA.

 

We are grateful to Melody and Mark Roane for helping us secure this venue
and to Immanuel Baptist Church for their generosity.

 

The best place to park and closest to the Mizpah Room is the south parking
lot.  There will be signage to direct people to the Mizpah Room.

People are welcome to arrive between Noon and 1:00 PM.

If you are seeking a restaurant before or after the meeting, the Carytown
neighborhood is approximately 1 mile from the church.

 

This meeting will be run entirely in person and will not be a hybrid
meeting.
