[NFBV-Announce] Blind Soccer Clinic Hosted by Virginia Association of Blind students on March 24, 2026!

Dear everyone,

Get ready for an exciting and empowering experience!

The Virginia Association of Blind Students (VABS) is proud to host a Blind
Soccer Clinic on Tuesday, March 24 - and we want YOU there.

This clinic is open to all blind and low vision individuals, regardless of
experience level. Whether you've never touched a soccer ball or you're
looking

to build your skills, this event is designed to be accessible, welcoming,
and fun.

Location: SCOR  

1385 Overbrook Rd, Richmond, VA 23220  

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM  

Cost: Free

During this interactive clinic, participants will:

- Learn the basics of blind soccer using sound-producing soccer balls  

- Build spatial awareness through fun, adapted exercises  

- Practice stress relief techniques like guided breathing and visualization

- Develop confidence, resilience, and a positive self-image  

- Connect with others in a supportive and uplifting environment  

All equipment will be provided, so just come ready to participate and enjoy
yourself.

This clinic is led by an experienced Paralympic athlete and mental health
professional who will guide you through both the physical and mental aspects

of the experience.

If you've ever been curious about blind soccer or want a fun way to connect
with others, this is your opportunity.
