I had heard of this back in the 1970's. Didn't realize it was still a viable
source of funds.

Sounds like a good idea. Is the disbursment of campaign funds a
national thing or just in FL? Sorry for the ignorance, but I think
I'll try this for the Seattle area ... I mean, why not? If you don't
ask, you don't get <g>.
