[nfbwatlk] Clark County Chapter's election results

Fellow Federationist,

 

In our meeting tonight, elections were held. Results are:

 

President: les Fitzpatrick

Vice-president: vince Ricks

Secretary: Beth Manning

Treasuror: Connie Utterback

 

My belief is that the local chapter is where future leaders of the
organization start. After 6 years as chapter president, it was time to step
aside and let others gain experience. Les has been a former State President
(Oklahoma), he brings the needed experience as a leader. Vince will be
serving his second term. I believe Beth is a future leader  in process.
Connie’s support as treasurer and idea generator is an asset to the chapter.

 

We are a growing and involved chapter. It has been a real privilege to be
the leader of a chapter of federationist that works for achievements that
enhances the image of blindness and promotes the Federation philosophy. 

    

Good luck to Les and  the rest of the board.  I’m sure you will receive the
same energy and support from the members as I did. I’m looking forward in
working with you.
