SSCC has become a partner in DVR's Project HIRE.  We would like to hire a 6 month full time with benefits individual who will be housed in the DSS office but work between South campus and Central campus.  The position duties include working with soon-to-graduate students with disabilities and helping them get into the workplace.  The individual needs job placement/development skills, industry experience and/or contacts, ability to work independently and a prior history of achieving established goals and meeting deadlines.  The individual will have experience using Microsoft programs, gathering and analyzing data and writing reports.  Having reliable transportation is highly recommended - mileage will be reimbursed at the current state rate.

The position could expand to more than 6 months depending on the grant's success.  Salary is $40K.
