You mentioned an individual contract basis. Does this mean I would have  to
pay a certain amount of money for your services if I was to get qualified
for your training services?

 DSB may refer people to me.  I also work on and individual contract basis.
I live in Vancouver so I will work with people in SW Washington.  However I
am always up for a road trip this summer.
