[nfbwatlk] Anyone Know Who this Lady Was?

Jean Horsey was a leader for the production of braille for many years in the Seattle Area.  She trained most of the transcribers who have worked in the schools throughout the Seattle area. She came to our reception for the opening of NEWSLINE here in Washington.
