TriMet is hiring an Assistant Manager, LIFT Service Delivery

Position summary:

Administer LIFT (Paratransit) service contracts, providing support,
oversight and backup for the Manager, LIFT Service Delivery. Monitor Key
Performance Indicators of contractors to ensure compliance with TriMet
strategic objectives.

Oversee and facilitate collaborative processes working with contractors to
develop operating procedures and solutions to service issues. Oversee LIFT
Facilities plan. 

Ensure a commitment to safety through effective leadership, role modeling
and implementing practices that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value
and a priority in all aspects of work. Perform related duties as required.
