Santa delivers access to holiday shopping ads on NFB-NEWSLINE

Take Your Holiday Gift Lists and Log on to NFB-NEWSLINE to Find Some Holiday
Shopping Deals!

As the snow starts to fall around some parts of the country, and the holiday
shopping season begins ever earlier and with more deals than ever before, we
here at NFB-NEWSLINE have been working to make the shopping season more fun
and affordable for you. We are pleased to announce that we have once again
added sales deals and information from a number of chain stores from around
the country to NFB-NEWSLINE in order to help you save some money during this
buying and giving time of the year.

This holiday season, there are holiday sales circulars from nine chain
stores on NFB-NEWSLINE on a temporary basis, as we did last year. We see
great benefit in providing this information to our subscribers;
unfortunately this effort is very manually intensive and we will be only
able to offer these newly added sales circulars on NFB-NEWSLINE until
December 31, 2014. Sale circulars for Target, which have been on
NFB-NEWSLINE since July 2011, will continue to be offered with no service
interruption.

The sales circulars of the additional nine retailers come from Giant Food,
Home Depot, Kohls, Publix, Sears, Staples, Toys R Us, Walgreens, and
Wal-Mart.

These holiday sales circulars are linked to the zip code of your state
sponsor and cannot be changed on an individual basis as can be done with the
Target sales circular. Therefore, the listing of the ten closest stores for
each one of the newly added sales circulars may not be an exact listing of
the closest ten stores to your location. Please note that you may experience
a slight discrepancy in products and pricing being offered at your local
store in comparison with the circular being presented on NFB-NEWSLINE. We
encourage our subscribers to check with their local store to determine exact
product availability and pricing.

To access the new holiday sales circulars on the telephone portion of
NFB-NEWSLINE, go to the main menu to press the number five, which is
labeled, To read newspapers in a different state. Next, press option five,
which is now labeled, Holiday Shopping Advertisements and follow the prompts
to select your favorite retailer.

Currently sales circulars are only available on the telephone portion of
NFB-NEWSLINE, iPhone users wishing to have the sales circulars displayed on
their device while shopping can login to the telephone portion of
NFB-NEWSLINE, find the retailer of their choice and then, while listening to
a section of interest, press the pound nine key combination to have that
section of the circular e-mailed to them.

Do you find these ads useful? In order to make weekly advertisements from
these stores permanent, we need your assistance. Here is how you can help:

1) Call or email us. Your testimonials can help us identify which store ads
are most helpful and useful, and how we can make them better. They can also
be very persuasive when speaking with retailers who might be interested in
sponsoring this service year round.

2) Know someone who might be helpful? Please also let us know if you have
contacts or connections with any managerial level staff members at any of
these retailers so we can make an attempt to permanently carry their
circular on NFB-NEWSLINE.

You may call our comment line at 410-505-5896 to leave us a voice message,
or send an e-mail to nfbnewsline at nfb.org. We look forward to hearing from
you about how you use this holiday ad service, and if you have suggestions,
or have contacts with any of these corporations for us.

Thank you for using NFB-NEWSLINE and Happy Holidays to you all!
