I would exhaust all other alternatives before sending her to the school for the blind!

I called the education ombudsman-nothing. I filled a citizens complaint. Not really helpful. I feel like there is no where to turn for help as in to fight to get the 400 minutes per week on her IEP. (We have not even had an IEP transfer meeting yet and she has been in school for months now.)
