[NFBWATLK] Issues with Uber support

Hello:

Does anyone know how to get real answers from Uber support?  I've had issues
selecting the desired ride pass and have gotten less than satisfactory
results when communicating with their Tec support folks.  Do they have any
type of customer relations department?  Any info is appreciated!
