Sincere congratulations to all Mariners fans. Your team put it all on the line and came out victorious! If my tigers had to lose, i’m glad they lost to the Mariners.
This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving. Unlike the United States, where Thanksgiving is a day, it’s a long weekend here in Canada. Most people do not eat their Thanksgiving dinner on Monday. Some traditionalists do, but the general trend is to enjoy it on Saturday orSunday and have Monday free for other activities. In any case, it’s   lovely to have a whole day or weekend with a single purpose, gratitude. One advantage of being a dual citizen is that I get to do it twice. I’ll think of you while I’m enjoying my turkey coma.
