I am sorry for the delay in forwarding this information to you.  I am just now catching up on messages.  Please see the message from Bob Hicks, President of the Sightless Workers' Guild:

Hi Charlene.  Lucy Monfredi passed away over the weekend.  I don't have a link to
the obit handy, but I'll try to get the rest of the info out soon.  The viewing will
be Tuesday and the funeral will be Wednesday June 20.  She had been active in our
chapter until the past several years.
