Good morning fellow federationists. The day has finally come where we
all head to the National Convention in Dallas, Texas. I just wanted to
pass along a few reminders.

1. If you are tweeting at convention, remember to put #nfb12 at the
end of your tweets
2. Feel free to come visit us at the Texas information table for
questions that you may have.
3. As you all know, most affiliates and divisions are having fund
raisers. The Texas Association of Blind Students (TABS) will be
raffling off an apple tv. You can buy one ticket for $5 or three
tickets for $10. The drawing will be held on July 4th during the Salsa
night held by the Spanish Translation Committee in the Wedgewood
Ballroom, Tower Lobby. You must be present to win.
   As many of you may have heard, Southern Strums is being laid to
rest. We will be selling our last order of t-shirts. The t-shirt has a
picture of Texas with a guitar coming out the side, and it says,
"southern strums" through the middle. You will be able to find
tabsters all over convention to purchase these items if you wish.

So, put on your cowboy boots, and come have a blast in Texas!
