*2019 CONVENTION: *

Convention is fast approaching so we all need to take care of some
time-sensitive issues.

*Room reservations:*
Each room not covered by the affiliate will cost $105 + 6% tax + 6% hotel
fee for a total nightly rate of *$117.60.  *The room rate will include two
free breakfast coupons. The deadline to reserve your room(s) is September 3
rd but I would encourage you to reserve them sooner if possible, by calling
the HOLIDAY INN at 304)241-6649


* Pre-registration fee & banquet costs: *We have decided to include the
plated Friday night reception meal in your registration fee, making it more
equitable for all.  So, your pre-registration fee will be $45.00.  This
year’s banquet fee will be $30 if you pay for it two weeks before
convention.  For those pre-paying, lease make your checks payable to the
National Federation of the Blind of West Virginia and mail them to our
treasurer no later than September 3, 2019 at:

*At the door registration fee & banquet costs:*
Registration fee which covers the reception meal will be $50 at the door
and your banquet will cost $35 when paid onsite.  You can pay for this via
check or US currency.

Unfortunately, we are not set to take online payments this year but will
try to do this for future conventions.

*Additional information needed:*
To help us plan for rooms and agendas, each chapter president should
collect the following information no later than August 27th on each
attendee in their chapter and either e-mail it to slk8332015 at gmail.com or
text it to 304-993-5103:
* Name
* NFBWV Chapter
* Agenda format preference (braille, large print, standard print)
* Dates you plan to attend; e.g.
   9/18 – 9/22
   9/19 – 9/22
   9/20 – 9/22
