Subject: Hotline Training Session

Dear Hotline Staff,

Several individuals were unable to make our previous hotline
staff training, so I scheduled a make-up session for August 4. I believe I
sent a message concerning this previously but had a question about whether
or not this meeting is still on. If you were unable to make our previous
training session or would like to join us again for a refresher, please see
the outline below. The training will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. please be
on time and ready to take notes.

During this meeting we will cover the following topics:

Service animals in a restaurant setting

The interaction of local health codes and the ADA/state laws

What are the forms of discrimination?

What is a "direct threat">

What guidance can be given on the hotline?

Please bring your questions and be prepared to do some role-playing, both as
an advocate and a caller!

The call-in number is 641-715-3300 and the participant code is 560908#. I
look forward to seeing many of you in Orlando and speaking with all of you
on July 14!

Fraternally yours,

Marion Gwizdala
