FYI.  Here's the latest info from the Transportation Security
Administration's Disability Branch regarding screening passengers who are
deaf-blind:

 

"Attached please find the PDF and WORD versions of the What to Expect paper
from the Disability Branch.  Our Branch distributes these papers each month
as part of our Awareness series, where we spotlight do's and don'ts for
screening passengers with a particular disability or medical condition.
Please distribute this information throughout your networks."
