[Njagdu] Online Rideshare Experience Questionnaire for Uber or Lyft

Happy New Year to all!

 

Just a reminder to fill out the  online rideshare experience questionnaire
at: 

https://nfb.org/rideshare-test 

when you use Uber or Lyft. 

 

The online questionnaire has changed. It now only asks for your name, the
rideshare service you used, the email address used with your rideshare
account, whether or not you were traveling with a guide dog, if you want
more info about NFB and a comment section. Be sure to note if your
experience was good or bad and if you experienced an access problem. The
form also asks for a phone number but that's optional.

  

If a tester reports a denial, the tester will receive a response letting
him/her know that a paralegal from TRE Legal or Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld
will contact the tester for more information.
