Hi All Guide Dog Users and Perspective Guide Dog Users,
I am sending this out on behalf of Dan, Chair of the Guide Dog Committee,
November 7 will be the start of the NFB State Convention, it is customary
that all guide dog and perspective guide dog users meet for a meeting to
discuss items of interest and NFB business each year.
Dan is asking for all to respond to me and let me know if you will be
attending the convention and if so would you be available on Friday sometime
later afternoon or early evening to have a meeting. Once we get some
responses of your availability we will send out info on where and when we
will meet. If there is not much interest we will continue with our 7 am
early morning meeting on Saturday, 11/9.
It is our hope to drum up more interest in our division so we can once again
become a division.

Greetings NJ guide dog users and friends!
The National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey Guide Dog Committee will
be holding its first ever all-day training seminar on Saturday, September
21, 2019 at the Joseph Kohn Training Center in New Brunswick. Come hear
from national and state leaders of the National Federation of the Blind, The
Seeing Eye Advocacy Specialist, and more! Learn about Lyft / Uber ride share
reporting. Information about the NFB's ride share testing program is

Greetings guide dog users,
On Monday April 29 2019 at 7PM we will be holding a guide dog committee
call. We are planning are future as a committee. One of our main goals is to
rebuild this committee back into a proud division of the national federation
of the blind of new jersey. I am looking forward to hearing from everyone on
the call. I would like everybody to bring a topic to the table on what they
