[Oabs] Potential problem with conference call recording

Hey guys,

I am at work, and between finishing my jobs for the shift and the
board meeting I had nothing to really do, so out of curiosity I went
ahead and looked up the free conference call web site. I found the
link to the page which talks about recordings easily, and went ahead
and read it. The snag we might encounter with recording our calls
using this service is that it is not free (I guess free conference
call has to make its money somehow). The fees are pretty steep, 9
dollars a month for continued service and 6 dollars and 50 cents for a
pay as you go option. I don't think that in our current financial
state we could afford to make either of these options work, so it
looks like using a Victor or Booksense to record ourselves might be
the best option.

Also, I slightly misspoke last night when I was talking about the
code. Recall that we use 7 digits, and the word "students" has 8.
Please drop the last S off of that so that we have the accurate number
of letters and digits. That was what I meant to say, but plural
verses singular got in the way after the first week of classes.

Thanks all, minutes from Lillie will follow shortly.
