[Oabs] OABS membership call

Hi all,

Lillie and I just attended the OABS membership call, and learned a lot
of useful information about the membership survey which was sent out
following convention.  Most of the findings were either pretty
straighforward or have been noted as things that need to change by the
NABS board, but it still was very useful to hear how things went.  If
you would like to know more about it, feel free to ask me off-list.
