[Oabs] Important message about word choice for our fundraiser.

All,

Shelbi just let me know 2 things; the first being that Sheri Ruth will be donating a card next month, and the second being about the words we use to describe our fundraiser. Though a drawing and a raffle are basically the same the NFB of Ohio is not allowed to raffle off prizes per licensing issues, but we can have drawings. Please make this simple change when writing or talking about the fundraiser so we don't take any chances with legalities.
