[Oabs] Request from a student

My name is Cassandra Mendez and I'm a junior at the Ohio State
University studying Computer Science and Engineering. I have a defined
interested in access and technology accessibility, and this summer I'm
interning at Nationwide Insurance within their IT department.
Recently, Nationwide is making more of a noticeable effort to improve
screen reader accessibility within their sites in various respects for
firms and their policy holders. I'm just doing some raw crowd sourcing
and would love it if you just took three minutes to take this
anonymous survey. We want to focus our testing efforts and define
which screen readers are most in use by the people that use them. I
have an idea, but I'm just one person and would love some data to work
