Jody,
I know what you mean exactly. My husband loves his brown eggs and doesn't
mind telling you which is better. My egg customers do not want anything but
brown eggs, so, I have no white egg layers.
The only real difference I can tell is not between white or brown, but
between store bought and farm raised. There is a big difference there in
taste and in consistancy.
