Hello Nella,

I don't know what kind of insects eat figs.  I remember on the Survivor
series they found wild figs and they bit in to them only to discover they
were full of insects.  It cured me of figs.

I am looking for another riding instructor.  I felt the instructor I had was
holding me back because of my vision.  She kept saying things like "after
all you are blind".  I never rode faster then a trot because she was afraid
of what would happen.  The lessons were not cheap and I just felt I was
doing the same things every lesson.  I have gone on trail rides at other
stables and I have cantered with no problems but she was just freaky.
Actually, she was freaky about that with all her students but me especially.
She taught primarily kids and I was also tired of being talked to like I was
a kid.
