I think you would be better off finding another instructor.  I wouldn't want 
to take lessons from anyone who doesn't take care of their equipment.  I'm a 
real stickler about keeping my tack in good condition.  I've heard of some 
bad accidents that were caused by shabby equipment.

I know what you mean about being organized and having places for things.  I 
always put the saddles back on the same racks and have hooks for all the 
bridles, halters, whips and lead ropes.  I also have shelves to keep the 
grooming supplies, supplements and medications.  This allows me to be much 
more independent.

I hate it when people don't put things back in the right places.  I can't 
believe she leaves all that stuff in the arena; it doesn't sound safe if she 
has a lot of beginners.
