I Nella, the little dogs will run you all over.  But if a big dog sees a squeral, it can be game over.

Years ago I had a cat that I tried to teach to walk on a leash; he was 
terrible!  He would just brace his legs and not walk. 

I have known small people who were matched with large dogs; it really all 
depends on the temperament.  I only have pet dogs at this time and the 
largest one is the least likely to pull.  The smallest dog gets excited and 
will try and drag me down the street!
