I have Barred Rocks, Golden Comets and Cinnamon Queens.  The lighter bodied
chickens handle the heat better than the larger ones.

I've still lost a couple to heat.

They have lots of shade and plenty of water, but last year it got up to 118 and
2 of my hens died.
