So true! I wish she had stood by me when I grabbed my cane and said I wasn't
interested in leaving in peace or any kind of reconciliation. There's
nothing to reconcile because some people will never change their attitudes
and so I told them I'd pretend which really made them mad! Next time I'll
actually take my food and move to another table.

Do you live on a farm? I know Nella does but wasn't sure if you did too. I'd
love to live on a farm but with the whole not driving I'm not sure how that
would work.

Hello Michelle,

Oh I meant I am more blunt as I get older.  I think I have gained the
confidence to stand up for myself.

The real shame is that most people go along to get along like your friend.
This causes more problems than it solves.
