Hi Tracy and welcome to the group.  We're not real active, but there's a lot of
knowledge here.

What kind of dwarf fruit trees do you have.

Owning chickens is real popular now, so a lot of cities allow people to own
hens.  There is a good book on BARD called Keeping Chickens and it's written
especially for people who want chickens in the city.

Where is your 40 acres?

Other than hiring drivers I don't have any good ideas.  If you worked from home
that would help, but you would still need to shop and such.  Probably in rural
areas many people would be driving into town for work, so maybe you could share
rides that way.  I think it would take a lot of planning and more staying at
home.
