I find the manure by walking a pattern in the front yard, then loosen it from the grass with the manure fork and then put the fork down and push the manure on the fork with my rubber gloved hand.  It sticks to the grass so it isn’t possible to just scoop it up and I discovered that flicking the fork just launches it in my face.  Hahahaha
