[Ag-eq] Chicken Killer

It seems like there's always one in every neighborhood!

One of my neighbors was always letting her dogs run free and they were
aggressive to other dogs. The other neighbors and I got afraid to walk our own
dogs. After several complaints to animal control the dog disappeared. I feel
bad for the dogs, they can't help that they have irresponsible owners.
