Michelle:

I think any exercise that would move your horse's feet would be good.  You can
always ask them to back up or side pass.  Both of these movements will make
them think.  If your horse has a tendancy to try to bolt, disengaging the hind
quarters is good.  When they disengage they lose their power and can't take off
as easily.

I know we have talked about Clinton Anderson here, who is from Australia.  Jody
mentioned another trainer, but now I can't think of his name.  I think she said
he has some stuff on you tube.

What kind of hay are you feeding the mini horses?
