Hello all,

Just wanted to share that we finished our lambing season this year in record
time. The first set was born April 29, the last pair of twins just today.
We've had more health issues with the sheep flock than usual, but at least
all the lambs are on the ground. We weren't sure Sally-the last beef cow was
going to calve this year-that would have been alright with me-she'd of made
good ham burgh-but she had a cute of a baby heifer. If anyone on the list is
interested in photographs or short video clips feel free to contact me off
list as I don't seem to recall attachments posting very well.

The second Young Farmers meeting was at my place. We had 12 people from the
county come, up 5 from last month.

Tomorrow I go to Puerto Rico to visit my girlfriend for a few days, and then
it's off to Seattle where Aleeha and I will be networking with blind
professionals in the sciences.

I have also just been self-promoted to full-time shepherd and young stock
manager at my home farm, at least for the summer. I'm looking into raising
calves for a neighbor farm if we have space enough in our barns.

That's all for now.

Zac
