[Ag-eq] Donkeys: was "caring for Minnies"

Hi Nella,

I am not sure of the breed of the chickens.  We had one we didn't think would survive.  She got a piece of thread wrapped around her tonge and it swelled up and turned black before Art noticed it.  He cut the string and the tip off and we kept her separate.  She is smaller then her sister but she is now doing great.  

I gave up on my garden, all that work and it just dried up in spite of watering.  It seemed to be burned by the sun.
