[Ag-eq] dairy cows

I didn't word that correctly.  Goat milk is more naturally homogenized; the fat
molicules are smaller.  The fats in cow milk are not mixed in as well, they are
lighter and rise to the top.

I want the cream for cooking and I want to make butter.
