Oh, interesting. What do you put in your mixes?
The mix I bought has alfalfa, clover, arugula, cress, radish, dill and
fenugreek. I like it. I don't like my greens really spicy. Though a dash
of red mustard is always exciting.

You put a screen across the top and just rinse with water and then drain
daily.
