Quarterly Board Meeting

February 8, 2025

be recognized and speak, please raise your hand, or call you're name -
please wait to be recognized before you start talking. Too much background
noise will result in everyone being muted.

Please be respectful of others, and wait until they are done speaking before
speaking.

Please remember this is a board meeting, and priority is given to board
members for discussion. Guests will be given an opportunity to give input
after discussion by the board.

Only board members can make a motion and vote when a motion is called for a
vote.

Even in disagreement we need to be respectful and not interrupt others.

I pledge to participate actively in the efforts of the National Federation
of the Blind to achieve equality, opportunity, and security for the blind;
to support the policies and programs of the Federation and to abide by its
Constitution.

Belief Statement:

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.
