[Art_beyond_sight_educators] Animation programing question

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas about programs, programing languages etc. which would be good for a student who is blind who wants to animate or make flash-type films/games -also included in this question are sound films?

I thought about Logo, heard that with HTML 5 one could animate, and with XML and SVGs one could - but am sure if this is correct.

Any thoughts?
