[Art_beyond_sight_theory_and_research] 'Lollipop' Helps Reveal Shapes To the Blind

Hi,

OK what about a real low tech version of this. When I first read the 
title of the article I thought they meant candy lollipops.
Not so, but could that idea be used?  That is for example, learning 
geometrical shapes. Triangle lolllipops, square lollipops,
pentagons etc.
