On August 20, the NTA approved Aviari Services, LLC, an Uber subsidiary,

Uber plans to deploy autonomous vehicles through partnerships with
companies including Zoox and Motional.
Zoox has also received a federal exemption allowing its purpose-built,
bidirectional robotaxis to operate without traditional controls such as
steering wheels or pedals.

Operating Conditions:

The permits cover roads throughout Clark County.
Service at Harry Reid International Airport will require additional
authorization from the Clark County Department of Aviation.
Companies must complete requirements such as vehicle inspections, insurance
filings, and fare schedules.
Commercial operations must begin within 120 days of receiving the permit.
