[Blind-Gov] Regarding accessing IRS account

Keep us posted.  A couple of us, on behalf of the class of blind and low vision taxpayers, sued IRS a few years ago and it seems to me that if the process to get access to an account is inaccessible, that would be inconsistent with our settlement.

Although they deal mainly with making tax forms accessible, they may be able to help with this.

Hello,



I have a problem, attempting to access my account with IRS because it now requires that you use ID.me.



I have made several attempts to set up an account using ID.me but I have not been successful. I even tried setting it up with visual assistance from someone. It is always a problem with answering in my ID information and the photo copy of my information.



Can anyone tell me if there is a better way? I need to get into my account ASAP!
