[Blind-Gov] Question regarding BMC Remedy.

Good afternoon everyone,

 

I recently gained access to the back end of the USDA's ticket tracking
system "BMC Remedy" I need to be able to assist with resolving tickets,
opening tickets, and closing them. However, using either Google Chrome or
Microsoft edge, (Edge is supposedly easier), I was unsuccessful in finding
the link to go to where one can publish Knowledge Base articles (KBAs). I
need access to this area if I am to assist my team. I was told that the
helpdesk at USDA has at least one person who uses this system regularly who
uses JAWS, but I haven't found out how they do it. If anyone on this list
uses Remedy for technical support/helpdesk ticket tracking and have a way to
effectively and efficiently use it with JAWS in either browser, please let
me know. Thank you and I apologize if I didn't ask my question clearly
enough.
