[Blind-Gov] Foreign Travel State Department Training accessibility

Has anyone had to travel abroad for government work? I am expecting to travel in the coming months. But I’ve hit an accessibility roadblock. 

The required training for foreign travel is a 5 hour interactive slide deck that only has accessibility features on a few slides? My division’s training coordinator is looking for alternatives and I’m wondering if anyone here has traveled and can offer suggestions.
