[Blind-Gov] Foreign Travel State Department Training accessibility

Thanks. I'm at DOJ and will be travelling for them. We use a virtual training created by Department of State: Counter Threat Awareness Training. I need State to approve my travel and they require a certificate of completion for the training. I will also be required to keep the certificate of completion with me while traveling. It's one of those trainings that works like an old point and click adventure game where you select things on a screen and read through popups.
